Persephone's Parfait

Ingredients
3 heaping tablespoons of yogurt
1/3 cup granola
Small handful of pomegranate seeds

Put your favorite yogurt and granola in a bowl and sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top. It adds the perfect pop of flavor to your everyday breakfast.

T and T's Homemade Pizza

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup hot water (around 100 degrees)
1 package active dry yeast
Heaping tbsp raw sugar
4 cups flour
pinch of salt
2 tbsp olive oil
​
Mix water, yeast, and raw sugar together in a small bowl and let sit
for 10-15 mins (it should get foamy)

Mix 3 of the cups of flour and salt
​
Add foamy mixture and olive oil
​
Combine well.
​
Keep adding flour until you get soft dough
​
Knead 5 mins, clean bowl, lightly oil, put dough in bowl, and cover
​
Let rise two hours

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
​
Cut dough in half
​
On a floured cutting board or flat surface knead each half flattening and stretching into a circle. Try to get as thin as possible without any holes
​
Lightly oil two pizza pans and place the kneaded dough on each pan pressing the dough to the edges
​
For red pizza use tomato sauce as a base and for white use ricotta cheese mixed with one egg
​
Add toppings of your choice! Our favorites include: cooked mushrooms, spinach, and zucchini
If adding meat it doesn't need to be cooked before but it does need to be properly thawed. Sausage and pepperoni are our faves!

The trick- right after placing each pizza on it's own rack turn the oven down to 400. Cook for 9 mins and then swap pizzas and cook for 9 more minutes.

Let cool for 5 mins. Pizza is ready to eat! Enjoy!
